Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Site Manager with daily trade coordination and site setup.
- Direct subcontractors and internal crews to maintain critical project timelines.
- Enforce strict site health, safety, and environmental standards daily.
- Conduct ongoing quality checks across carpentry and architectural finishings.
- Manage material deliveries, site access, and daily trade toolboxes.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as a Leading Hand or Senior Trade Person in commercial fitouts.
- Strong background in carpentry, internal linings, or detailed trade finishes.
- Practical understanding of WA building codes, site safety, and white card compliance.




- Clear communication skills to effectively manage trade teams and suppliers.
- Current White Card and relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience.
