About the Role:
As Duty Manager, you'll be a key part of the leadership team, taking ownership of day-to-day venue operations and setting the standard for service excellence. You'll lead by example across busy trading periods, support and mentor team members, ensure compliance standards are met, and help create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back time and time again.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys the pace of a busy pub, thrives on problem-solving, and genuinely enjoys developing people and building great team culture.

Your Skills and Experience:





- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or hospitality supervisor in a high-volume venue
- Current RSA and RSG certificates with strong knowledge of compliance requirements
- A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and develop hospitality teams
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills with a guest-first approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high operational standards
