What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you could be involved in:
- Forklift operations
- Use of LO pickers for some clients
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Machine operation
- Heavy lifting (15–20kg bags) onto pallets
- Pick packing and order preparation
- RF scanning
- Batch testing product to ensure quality
- Accurately measuring and mixing raw ingredients according to recipes
What We're Looking For
We want people who bring the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. You'll have some food production experience already and be motivated for a recent position.
You'll need to be:
- Forklift licence: Mandatory
- A Positive Attitude: Prior manual labour experience is essential
- Workplace Readiness:
You're willing to undergo pre-employment medical and drug testing if required
- Dependability: A current driver's licence and reliable transport are a must.
- Full-Day Availability: Be ready to work up to 10 hours per day.
- Safety Focus: A strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety.
