What are seeking is a creative and determined Executive Chef that comes with experience in a multi million dollar food and beverage program that is also able to continue to improve and not rest on their laurels . This is not an office role, but more of a creative undertaking that will see you across the venues multiple outlets on a daily basis, driving the team and focusing on consistency.

Skills we Seek Include:

- Creative skills across all aspects of the industry, from Cafe to A la Cart and mid to larger functions
- Ideally coming from a Larger role within the 5 Star Hotel Sector
- Previous renovation or new build experience would be highly desirable




- Have managed teams up to 40 across multiple outlets in a multi million dollar food and beverage department
- Are able to build a strong team of passionate chefs that are focused on quality and consistency on every plate
- Solid financial and business acumen with the ability to meet and exceed budgets and cogs across the outlets
- Must have full knowledge of all kitchen operations, safe food, WHS and HACCP in a multi outlet setting
- A management style that builds respect in the team and are able foster an environment of professionalism
