About the Role
Our client is a leading manufacturer in Yatala specialising in high-quality products for the construction industry. They're looking for motivated individuals to join their team in a quick-paced, medium-to-high-risk environment where safety and teamwork are paramount.
This role suits someone who thrives on structure, takes safety seriously, and is comfortable with physical, time-critical work on a rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- Perform manual and repetitive tasks that are time-critical to plant operations, meeting production targets and KPIs safely and reliably
- Safely operate forklifts (2.5T or greater) and assist in transporting materials across the site
- Collaborate with the team and rotate tasks as required to maintain efficiency and safety
- Follow strict PPE requirements at all times, including long pants, long shirts, steel-capped boots, hard hat, safety glasses and hearing protection
- Complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and adhere to the site's strict zero-tolerance policy

What We're Looking For





- Forklift licence highly regarded, ideally with experience operating forklifts 2.5T or larger.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to stay focused in a medium-to-high-risk environment
- Physically fit, with the ability to handle manual tasks and heavy lifting
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual, with strong communication skills for team collaboration

Shift Details

- 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Day shift: 6:00am - 4:00pm
- Afternoon shift: 3:50pm - 2:00am
- Day shifts on Saturdays (approximately every second weekend)
- 100% attendance expected outside of approved leave or sickness (medical certificate required)
