This signage company is seeking a Production Lead (2IC to the Production Manager) to join their team on a 12-month contract basis (maternity leave coverage - possibility of extension / permanent role).
This role offers the opportunity to support and assist with production operations within a signage-focused environment, managing workflows, production planning + schedules, and procurement to ensure timely delivery of quality output. - Lead end-to-end signage production planning, scheduling, workflow management, and delivery

- Hands-on responsibility for procurement, resource allocation, and production team coordination
Preferred Requirements
- Proven experience in production management within a signage or manufacturing environment
- Strong track record in production planning and scheduling to meet client deadlines
- Demonstrated expertise in signage production processes and quality standards
- Shop floor experience - either prepress, printing, finishing or fabrication/assembly
- Solid procurement experience, including vendor management and cost control
- Ability to lead and coordinate production teams effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Qualification in Production Management, Operations, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with production management software or ERP systems
The company is a long established signage business with national contracts in the petroleum, transport, fleet, and general signage sectors.
