Our Salary Package includes:

$80,000-$100,000 Base Salary

$8,960-$12,000 Superannuation (12%) paid fortnightly!

$1,076-$1,346 Annual Leave Loading (ALL)

= $96,612 – $119, 287 equivalent salary when you take advantage of the increased salary packaging benefits available when working for a not-for-profit organisation. We welcome the opportunity to talk this through with you.

Supervision and other learning includes:

- Regular clinical supervision with an experienced and supportive senior practitioner
- Weekly staff meetings including hub meetings with members of your own discipline and transdisciplinary team meetings with colleagues from other disciplines
- Guest speakers at staff meetings
- One day of in-house training per year

We seek full or part time staff available a minimum of 3 days/week to deliver quality family-centred support in partnership with families.

Your Key Qualifications and Experience

- Tertiary qualifications
- AHPRA registration
- Commitment to and experience with family-centred practice, and neurodiversity
- Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, early childhood education and care settings, and schools
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Working with Children Check and NDIS worker screening check
- Experience working children with disabilities, developmental delay, autism and sensory needs in the home and community environments

Desirable skills

- Familiarity with service systems, especially within the Sydney area
- Speak a second language
- Experience working children and families in the NDIS
- Experience developing and/or conducting workshops for parents
- Experience working with families who are from an Aboriginal or CALD background
- Experience in developing plans and goals with families

Families spend the most amount of time with their child and are already making a big difference during everyday activities and routines.
