We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer toprovide high-level executive, secretarial and administrative support to theExecutive Services team. This influential role offers the opportunity to workacross a broad range of priorities, coordinate key activities and stakeholderengagement, and contribute to the efficient operation of Council's executivefunctions.

- Hold a relevantcertificate with appropriate in-house training and/or experiencesupporting management
- Demonstrated experiencewith Microsoft Office Suite managing schedules, developing correspondence,reports, excel spreadsheets and presentations




- Demonstrated ability touse own initiative to problem-solve, work independently or as part of ateam, and manage own working routine to ensure outcomes are achievedwithin the agreed timeframes
- Excellent relationshipskills with the ability to work within a highly sensitive environment witha wide range of stakeholders, with high level of communication andinterpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and an acute awareness ofconfidentiality
- Demonstrated ability toanalyse and research information with high attention to detail and theability to draft responses.
- Demonstrated ability tonavigate administrative functions within a busy office environment,including but not limited to, collating information, developing draftresponses, answering enquiries, maintaining office equipment/stationery,record keeping and diary management
- Demonstrated ability towork in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to quality outcomes.
- Knowledge andunderstanding of local government with an understanding of a politicalenvironment and its impact on the work area.
