Job Description

About the Role: We’re looking for a Product Specialist to support our Product Management, Sales and Engineering teams in delivering innovative HVAC solutions to the market. This is a diverse role that combines technical support, product development, market engagement, and training. Working closely with product managers, sales teams, engineers, and customers, you'll help bring new products to market, provide technical expertise, and support the ongoing success of our product portfolio.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Provide technical product and application support to sales teams, customers, and consultants
- Support product application advice relating to HVAC controls, BMS integration, commissioning requirements, and control sequences
- Assist with review of BMS points lists, control narratives, wiring diagrams, and interface requirements for new and existing products
- Support the development and launch of new products and product enhancements
- Assist with market research and customer engagement activities to identify opportunities and improve product offerings
- Participate in product development projects, design reviews, and go-to-market planning
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout product development activities




- Support the development and delivery of product training for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate across product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and R&D; teams
- Assist with product strategy execution and promotional activities
- Monitor and support the resolution of product performance and quality issues in the market

Desired Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring to the Role:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline
- 2+ years of practical experience with HVAC controls, BMS integration, and common controls architectures used in commercial air conditioning applications
- Familiarity with control sequences, programmable HVAC controllers, sensors, actuators, fault diagnostics, commissioning principles, and BMS communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident presentation and training delivery skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- A self-motivated approach with sound judgement and attention to detail
- HVAC or ASHRAE certifications are advantageous but not essential
