Job Description

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse (Clinical Facilitator - Renal) to join the Renal Inpatient Unit at Gold Coast University Hospital. You will lead nursing teams in providing nephrology care and education, and drive clinical coaching and protected practice across shifts.

The role emphasises adult learning, formal and informal education delivery, and support for graduate and transition nurses within a quick-paced renal unit.
