As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L.; Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit — including getting hands-on on the line when it counts, delivering our food at the highest quality in the shortest possible time.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:

n

n
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading medium to large frontline team/s.
n
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L; opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
n
- Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
n
- Previous success in meeting KPI's
n
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
