About the role

We're seeking a Manager NSW Projects to play a pivotal role in progressing strategic initiatives that enhance the performance, sustainability and long-term value of Transurban's NSW assets. Working closely with internal teams, joint venture partners and government stakeholders, you'll lead and deliver complex projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder engagement and successful business outcomes across a agile portfolio.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Lead and deliver strategic projects across Transurban's NSW assets, driving improvements in operational, financial and customer outcomes.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and planning through to implementation, transition and benefits realisation.
- Develop project plans, milestones and resource requirements, ensuring delivery aligns to business objectives and project governance frameworks.
- Collaborate across multiple business functions to progress asset, technology, process and service improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including Transport for NSW, joint venture partners and internal business leaders.
- Prepare high-quality board papers, briefings and proposals to support decision-making and project approvals.
- Monitor project risks, governance obligations and compliance requirements, supporting effective risk management and oversight.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and the assessment of future opportunities that support the NSW business.

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:

- Experience leading and delivering complex projects,



with the ability to navigate competing priorities and drive outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a track record of building effective relationships across diverse groups.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to interpret contracts, governance requirements and business drivers to support informed decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to assess complex issues and identify practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports or presentations.
