Reporting directly to the Chief of People Experience, you'll lead a diverse portfolio spanning talent acquisition, employee experience, workforce development, learning, equity, inclusion and belonging. You'll connect the dots across the employee lifecycle and create meaningful experiences which help our people grow, succeed and feel connected to purpose.

About The Role This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll bring people strategies to life across The Gordon. Partnering closely with leaders across the organisation, you'll drive initiatives enhancing capability, strengthening employee experience and supporting organisational transformation. You'll lead a talented team, champion meaningful change and create opportunities allowing our people to grow, thrive and perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Lead and enhance initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to development, wellbeing and career growth.
- Champion equity,
inclusion and belonging outcomes, including leading the organisation's Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) and supporting Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commitments.
- Partner with leaders across the business to deliver workforce initiatives creating meaningful engagement and opportunity for employees.
- Drive change, reform and continuous improvement activities which strengthen the employee experience and organisational capability.
- Build strong connections across the People, Safety and Culture function to create a seamless and contemporary people experience.

You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated success leading functional change, employee experience, workforce capability or talent initiatives within a mid sized organisation.
- Broad HR generalist capability across talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, workforce planning and employee experience.
- Proven experience leading change, reform, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in a team environment.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Energy,
curiosity and a people-first mindset focused on creating meaningful workforce outcomes.

Salary Range Management Contract | $140,000.00 + Superannuation
