About the role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our distribution network. You'll work closely with the sales and product teams to position our solar products effectively in a competitive and fast-evolving market.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and trade channels
- Manage the company's website, social media, and email marketing activities
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and trade show/event participation
- Create marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and product spec sheets
- Analyse campaign performance and market trends to optimise marketing spend
- Support the sales team with lead generation and channel partner marketing materials
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media suppliers
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments in the solar/renewable energy space
- Assist with budget planning and reporting on marketing ROI

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within solar, renewable energy, trade distribution,



or a related B2B industry
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, CMS)
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly regarded
- Experience working with trade or distribution channel partners is a plus
