- Salary: $85,830 - $99,916 gross p.a. plus 12% Super
- 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime (occasional weekend work may be required)

About the Role
This role supports the promotion of the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre (SEC), helping to increase audience engagement and strengthen the Centre's profile within the community. Through marketing and communications activities, the position develops engaging content and delivers promotional initiatives across a range of digital and traditional channels. This includes:
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns and strategies for all SEC services, including food and beverage, hiring of facilities and infrastructure
- Generate ideas and deliver tailored promotional campaigns that drive ticket sales to performances
- Manage and maintain content across all SEC social media channels, including planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring engaging content that promotes SEC programs, initiatives, events, and key messages while ensuring consistency with brand and communication guidelines

The advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown. The starting salary is at Step 1 within the grade. Progression through the salary steps shall be based upon the achievement of performance objectives relating to the position.
About You To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Degree in Marketing or Communications or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing digital media platforms, including websites, electronic mailing tools (eg. Campaign Monitor)
- Experience in developing video content, photos, copy and images suitable for social media use
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship,
or authority to work in Australia (visa)
