About the role
Own and execute demand generation for container unloading robotic solutions across AU/NZ — building the pipeline, proof assets and campaign infrastructure needed to place the remaining Year-1 units, launch and sustain a broad new-logo acquisition campaign, and generate enough qualified demand to justify (and ideally grow) Secure's Year 2 purchase commitment.
Key responsibilities
- Own digital marketing end-to-end: LinkedIn (organic and paid), targeted search, content and thought leadership, and website/landing page development for the RockyOne product offering.
- Plan and execute the broad new-customer acquisition campaign across AU metro hubs (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and New Zealand (Auckland))
- Identify, book and run Stable's presence at AU logistics/supply-chain trade shows and industry events
- Own PR and industry press relationships and thought-leadership placements.
- Produce sales enablement collateral — ROI one-pagers, the zero-capex offer sheet, and site-assessments— in partnership with the Solutions Engineer.
- Plan and produce named case studies (video, photography, written)
- Work closely with the Director to hand off qualified leads and continuously refine lead scoring against the qualification framework.
- Track and report pipeline generation
- Manage the marketing budget and report on spend efficiency and pipeline ROI.
About you
- 2+ years' B2B marketing/demand generation experience, ideally in industrial technology, logistics, robotics, SaaS, Light industrial Labour Hire or capital equipment.
- Proven track record building and running multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, search,
content, events) that generate qualified pipeline, not just impressions.
- Comfortable operating in a considered, longer B2B sales cycle with multiple buyer personas — economic buyer, technical evaluator, procurement.
- Strong writer and storyteller, able to turn technical ROI data into compelling case studies and sales collateral.
- Experience managing a marketing budget and reporting on pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, or willing to travel regularly to these hubs.
- Experience marketing into logistics, supply chain, warehousing or industrial automation sectors (desirable).
- Experience running trade show/event presence end-to-end (desirable).
- Familiarity with the Australian and New Zealand market (desirable).
