We’re currently offering permanent and casual positions for experienced MC Truck Drivers with side tipper experience to join our team in Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, reputable, and secure company.
The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Current MC licence (HR licence advantageous)
- Demonstrated experience in side tipper operations
- Mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Dedication to maintaining high safety standards
- Team player with a collaborative approach
- Proficient in operating both manual and automatic vehicles
- Additional skills, tickets, and licences will be highly regarded
Duties:
- Safely operate MC vehicles and adhere to road rules
- Portray professionalism on the road and with customers while representing BDS
- Travel between sites in NT and FNQ
- Driver will be required to do some basic maintenance and daily checks - plus change tyres if needed
- Must be willing to camp in the truck mostly (showers will be at some sites); trucks will have bunk coolers and fridges
