Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team based Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat areas.

We have full-time opportunities available:

· Licensed Refrigeration Mechanic – Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, diagnose and repair residential heating, cooling and refrigeration systems.
- Complete split-system, multi-head and ducted air-conditioning installations.
- Perform commissioning, pressure testing, evacuation and refrigerant charging.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults.
- Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Complete refrigeration pipework, drainage, ductwork and electrical connections within licence requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications and relevant regulations.
- Complete SWMS and job documentation accurately.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Provide professional customer service and clearly explain completed work.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
- Support and supervise apprentices when required..

· Key Responsibilities – Registered HVAC Mechanical Plumber

- Install residential heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
- Install ducted heating, evaporative cooling, split and ducted air-conditioning systems.
- Complete ductwork, pipework, drainage, flueing, ventilation and equipment connections.
- Read plans,



quotations and manufacturer specifications before commencing work.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs, servicing and maintenance.
- Commission systems and confirm they operate safely and efficiently.
- Ensure installations comply with Australian Standards, plumbing regulations and manufacturer requirements.
- Complete compliance certificates, SWMS and job documentation accurately.
- Maintain high workmanship, cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors and office staff.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
- Guide and supervise apprentices when required.

Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Plumbing Apprentice 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-Year Mechanical HVAC (Split Systems) Plumbing Apprentices – Candidates must be enrolled in School or hold a Pre Certificate in Plumbing. (only a few positions are available for new apprentices)

- Assist with installing heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
- Support tradespeople with ducted heating, evaporative cooling and air-conditioning installations.
- Learn to install ductwork, pipework, drainage, flueing and equipment connections.
- Safely use and maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles.
- Follow instructions from qualified tradespeople and supervisors.
- Complete assigned work carefully and to the required standard.
- Follow SWMS and all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Keep worksites, vehicles and work areas clean and organised.
- Attend trade school and complete all required coursework and assessments.




- Communicate respectfully with customers, tradespeople and office staff.
- Arrive on time and demonstrate reliability and a willingness to learn.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.

The ideal applicants will be self-driven, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. Qualifications & Requirements:

· Must hold or be able to obtain a Working at Heights ticket.

· Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check

· Working with Children (Employee) is required.

· White Card/Construction Card for working on construction sites.

· ARC Handling Licence (for refrigerants) will be required and can be obtained upon a successful application.

· Current Driver's Licence is preferred.

· Willingness to undergo a Medical Fit to Work assessment.

· Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend work.

· Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

· Strong focus on safety and high standards of quality.

· Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience for Qualified Refrigeration HVAC Plumber position

· Must have permanent right to work in Australia

· Current Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration required for qualified position

· Physical capability to lift up to 25kg and work in confined spaces regularly
