Retail Educator / Brand Representative – Northern NSW & Gold Coast

MooGoo is an Australian skincare company based in beautiful Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. Almost 20 years ago, we launched our first product, Skin Milk Udder Cream, developed by our founder to help his mother with psoriasis. Today, that one cream has grown into a range of more than 60 products, stocked in over 5,000 stores across Australia.

The Role

We're looking for a full time Retail Educator / Brand Representative to join our team and represent MooGoo across Northern NSW and the Gold Coast.

This is a highly customer facing, field based role. You'll spend your days visiting our retail partners, building genuine relationships with store teams, bringing the MooGoo brand to life and helping retailers feel confident recommending our products to their customers.

You'll be the face of MooGoo in your territory, combining product education, relationship building, visual merchandising, retail execution and customer engagement to help grow our brand.

No two days will look exactly the same. One day you might be training a team of pharmacists on sensitive skin, the next you'll be refreshing a store display, introducing a new product or running a customer sampling activity.

What you'll be doing:

Educate & Inspire

· Deliver engaging product and skincare education to pharmacists, retail managers, health food teams and other store practitioners

· Build confidence within retail teams so they can understand, recommend and advocate for MooGoo products

· Stay up to date with MooGoo products, ingredients, skin conditions, industry trends and relevant research





· Conduct focused training sessions aligned to our key growth priorities

Build Relationships

· Develop strong, genuine relationships with our retail partners across your territory

· Become a trusted and knowledgeable MooGoo representative within your stores

· Identify opportunities to increase awareness, range penetration and sell-through

· Work closely with our Sales and Retail teams to deliver a consistent and outstanding retail experience

Bring the Brand to Life In Store

· Ensure MooGoo is well presented, visible and positioned correctly within stores

· Support visual merchandising, displays, POS and new product launches

· Identify opportunities to improve our presence and shopper visibility

· Look for opportunities to sample and engage directly with customers, bringing our products and story to life

Own Your Territory

· Plan and manage your own territory and store visit schedule

· Maintain regular and consistent contact with key retail partners

· Provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape our retail strategy

· Attend regular internal training and team sessions to continually build your product knowledge

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is confident, energetic, personable and genuinely enjoys being out and about talking to people.

You'll ideally have:

· A genuine passion for skincare,



health and quality ingredients

· Previous experience in a field-based, territory management, retail, education or sales role

· Confidence presenting and training groups of different sizes

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· The ability to engage naturally with both retail teams and customers

· Strong organisation and time management skills

· A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently

· A willingness to get hands-on in store — from training a pharmacist to setting up a display or talking directly with a shopper

· A healthcare or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential

· A current, valid Australian driver's licence and access to your own reliable vehicle is essential

· Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern NSW and the Gold Coast
