Microsoft Administrator - PERTH We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering enterprise Microsoft environments.

Key Responsibilities &

Experience

- Administer Microsoft 365, including users, licences, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Manage Entra ID / Active Directory, users, groups, permissions, MFA and Conditional Access.
- Administer Exchange Online, including mailboxes, permissions, distribution groups and mail flow.
- Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including access, permissions and troubleshooting.
- Manage Intune device enrolment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deployment.
- Support Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, patching and system maintenance.
- Use PowerShell for administration, reporting and automation.
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests,



security alerts and technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and work within established ITIL/change-management processes.

Required Skills Minimum 5+ years of relevant Microsoft administration experience with solid troubleshooting and operational support capability. Experience with Azure, Microsoft Defender, hybrid environments and Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded. Candidates must be able to work in Perth, 5 days onsite and hold valid Australian work rights.
