The Role

This is not simply an administrative role.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day management and progression of migration matters.

You will be responsible for keeping files moving: ensuring information is collected, documents are complete, inconsistencies are identified, deadlines are monitored, applications are prepared and clients are followed up.

You will work within established processes and under the supervision of Registered Migration Agents, who remain responsible for migration advice, strategy and final review.

- Monitor deadlines and ensure matters progress within required timeframes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, notes and tasks
- Prepare complete matters for final review by the Registered Migration Agent
- Identify potential problems early and propose practical solutions
- Follow established systems, checklists and procedures
- Help improve our processes when you identify a better way of doing something.

About You We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, reliable and exceptionally detail-oriented.

You should have

- At least 3 years' experience in migration case management, legal administration or a comparable role
- Excellent written and verbal English

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently without requiring constant supervision
- Excellent computer skills and confidence learning new technology
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- French language skills are an advantage but are not essential.

How You Work Matters We are particularly interested in how you think and work, not simply what appears on your CV.

You are likely to thrive at AXYN if you:

- Take ownership of your files
- Do not wait to be reminded about deadlines or follow-ups

- Check an re-check your own work carefully before asking someone else to review it
- Look for the answer before escalating a question

- Raise problems early rather than waiting until they become urgent
- Come with solutions, not only problems
- Enjoy structured systems, checklists and organised workflows

- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Value accountability and high standards;
- Are looking for a long-term role where you can grow with the business
