Xplore Resources is seeking Mineral Exploration Geologists to join projects across Queensland and NSW. These positions are available now, with flexibility across various rosters and both long and short term engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting exploration programs including mapping, logging, and sampling
- Managing and interpreting geological data to guide drilling and exploration targets
- Supervising or liaising with drilling crews and field technicians on site
- Ensuring exploration work complies with safety, environmental, and reporting standards
- Preparing technical reports and contributing to resource evaluation
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Geology or a related earth science discipline
- Experience in mineral exploration (metalliferous and/or coal experience highly regarded)
- Comfortable working FIFO/DIDO or on remote site rosters
- Current driver's licence; a valid medical or ability to obtain one is a plus
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in the field
