Ozland Mining Servicesis currently seeking an experienced Mining Trainer & Assessor with comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of mobile plant equipment to join our exceptional team, based in WA.
About the Role:
- Lead training processes and procedures, ensuring full compliance and accurate record-keeping for internal and Nationally Recognised Assessments
- Daily interaction with team members to assist with site safety requirements
- Work with team members to support upskilling and career progression
- Ensure training materials are maintained in line with business and industry standards
- Identify learning and development improvement opportunities
- OHS functions

About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Full Australian working rights
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (TAE40116 minimum, preferable TAE40122)
- Australian HR Class driver's licence
- High Risk Work Licence – Elevated Work Platform, Dogging, Basic Rigging or Mobile Non-Slewing Crane (desirable)
- Experienced in multiple Open Pit Mining equipment competencies e.g. Haul Truck, Water Cart, Grader, Loader, Dozer, Service Truck and Excavator
- Previous experience delivering Nationally Recognised Training Packages
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of WHS Act and Regulations
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels of the business
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance
