What we're looking for
- Comfortable on the phone and on camera, confident promoting yourself across social media and other platforms to build relationships and referral partners
- Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, is a must
- Able to simplify complex lending for client, no jargon, no corporate speak
- Client-first with a hunter mindset, integrity in every interaction, and the ability to work effectively within an on-site team
