Brady Marine & Civil is a specialist marine contractor with core capabilities in the construction of wharves, jetties, offshore pipelines, bridges over water, and other complex marine-based structures. First established in 2010 and now part of the Soletanche Bachy group, our strength lies in delivering innovative solutions to challenging and technically complex problems. We operate in a design and construct, early contractor involvement, or construct-only environments.
About the roles:
Due to rapid business growth and newly awarded projects, we are looking for experienced construction professionals to join our team on a major infrastructure project. Accommodation and support will be provided for the duration of the works.
Positions Available (Multiple Roles)
- Crane operators – Crawler cranes over 100t
- Riggers - Intermediate and Advanced (Coxswain 3 highly regarded)
- Boilermakers/Welders
- Long Reach Excavator Operator
- Excavator Operators
- Leading Hand – Marine and/or piling experience preferred

- Relevant experience and certifications for the respective roles
