Mayfair Strata is a fast-growing independent body corporate management business looking for someone ambitious to help shape the next stage of our growth.

This isn't a traditional portfolio management role.

You'll initially manage a very small portfolio, giving you the time and freedom to help shape how we operate — improving systems and processes, driving efficiencies and helping us build a genuinely better body corporate management business.

We're looking for a self-starter who wants ownership of the Body Corporate Manager function and the opportunity to grow their role as the business grows.

You might be an experienced Body Corporate Manager looking for more autonomy,



someone ready to step into leadership, or someone who's considered building their own business but doesn't necessarily want to do it alone.
