About this role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application and Integration Analyst to join our Information Technology team on a fixed-term parental leave contract for approximately 10–12 months.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining and optimising the Hospital’s business and clinical applications and the integrations between them.

This is a hands‑on role where you will troubleshoot complex application and integration issues, support system upgrades and changes, work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve system performance, workflows and data flows.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end‑to‑end support for key business and clinical applications, including investigation and resolution of complex issues.
- Support, maintain and enhance integrations between applications, platforms and external systems.
- Monitor interfaces and data flows and troubleshoot integration failures and data integrity issues.
- Manage application changes, upgrades, testing and implementation activities.




- Work closely with software vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver system improvements.
- Develop and maintain reports, data extracts and business intelligence solutions.
- Provide application and integration expertise to technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

- Substantial experience in application support, systems analysis or a similar senior technical role.
- Demonstrated experience with systems integration, interfaces, APIs, data flows or middleware technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving capability.
- Experience managing application changes, upgrades, testing and implementation.
- Experience working with software vendors and managing technical support issues.
- Sound understanding of databases, reporting and data integrity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical users.
- Healthcare information systems experience will be highly regarded.
