About the Role

n

Are you a team player with a forklift licence and a passion for warehouse operations? We're looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our friendly and collaborative logistics team based in Welshpool, WA.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Picking and preparing customer orders for despatch
n
- Coordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officer
n
- Operating a forklift (counterbalance) safely and efficiently
n
- Monitoring driver inductions and ensuring compliance with site safety rules
n
- Maintaining accurate paperwork for despatch
n




- Contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment
n

n

What You'll Bring to succeed

n

n
- Forklift Licence (Counterbalance) – Essential
n
- Previous experience in warehouse operations (ideally in building products or logistics)
n
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle plasterboard
n
- Basic computer skills – foundational level preferred (in preparation for future WMS implementation)
n
- Team player with good communication skills and a strong safety mindset
n
- Good attention to detail, numeracy, and English literacy
n
- White Card (or willing to obtain)
n
