Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Supervisor to support the daily operation of our Stewarding Department. This leadership role involves guiding Stewarding Ambassadors, coordinating shifts, and ensuring kitchens and back-of-house teams remain secure, hygienic and prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Chief Steward, you will blend operational stewarding duties with shift supervision, task allocation, quality inspections and compliance
