St Albans Hospitality is home to Hellenika, SK Steak & Oyster, Sushi Room and Sunshine, and we're looking for experienced and passionate Front of House professionals to join our teams.

The Opportunities

We're currently recruiting for a range of Front of House positions across our venues, including:

Hosts

With opportunities across multiple venues, we're looking for people who bring energy, personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Depending on your role, you'll:

n

Deliver warm, professional and memorable service to every guest.

n

Create genuine connections and provide exceptional hospitality.

n

Develop strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.

n

Work closely with the wider team to deliver smooth and seamless service.

n

Maintain the high standards of presentation and service our venues are known for.

n

About You

n

We're looking for hospitality professionals who genuinely enjoy looking after people and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

Previous experience within a restaurant, bar, café or hospitality environment.

n

A genuine passion for food, beverage and exceptional service.

n

A warm,



confident and professional approach.

n

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.

n

The ability to remain organised and calm during busy services.

n

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

n

A current Queensland RSA Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.

n
