ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a full time Data Administrator/Medical Receptionist to work at our BreastScreen Service in Geelong.

Lake Imaging, founded in 2002 , has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria , with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics, and specialty centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool.

As the face of the company you will be providing high standards of services to our patients by maintaining accurate BreastScreen results and information that makes a difference in the most common cancer among females and the second most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia.

- Represent Lake Imaging as the first impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients.




- Answering incoming calls in a proficient, timely and professionally welcoming manner.
- Quality checking and processing of client and clinical information.
- Timely provision of BreastScreen results.
- Process, file and retrieval of confidential data generated by screening sites (BS1 QA, Abbyy verifications - BSV specific work).
- Image transfer to referring Doctor's and specialists.
- BreastScreen specific medical typing (training provided).

ABOUT YOU

- Medical Administration exposure
- Interpersonal skills in order to show patients care, compassion and empathy
- Understanding of medical imaging terminology
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Enjoy working autonomously as well as part of a team
- Excellent keyboard skills for data entry into RIS system
