Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is seeking two established casual cleaners for NDIS participant-home cleaning in Armadale WA and the approved nearby roster area.
This recruitment round opened 11 September 2026. Work is casual and is allocated only when matching participant bookings and rosters are available. It does not offer immediate shifts, minimum hours or a guaranteed start date. The starting rate is A$33.85 per hour plus superannuation where required. Before commencement we will confirm the employing entity, applicable industrial instrument, classification and final rate in writing; any higher lawful or agreement entitlement applies.
Armadale cleaning work
Carry out agreed domestic cleaning in participant homes: bathrooms and kitchens, floors, dusting, routine surface hygiene, household-specific instructions, and prompt reporting of access, safety or quality issues. This listing is for cleaning only. Personal care and support duties are outside the role unless separately agreed in writing.
Who we will shortlist
Applicants need substantial qualified cleaning experience that can be checked from their CV. Please include employers or clients, dates, duration, cleaning setting and real duties. We can consider documented domestic, commercial, accommodation, NDIS household or disability-service cleaning experience; vague or unsupported claims cannot progress.
Travel and screening
You must have Australian work rights, a valid licence when required for the eventual roster, and reliable registered/insured transport. You must be able to reach the Armadale service catchment within approximately 30 minutes at the actual rostered start time. NDIS Worker Screening status, or willingness and eligibility to obtain it, will be checked where an assigned service requires it.
