Smurfettes Cleaning Service is recruiting two experienced local casual cleaners for NDIS participant-home cleaning in Caboolture, QLD, and the approved nearby catchment.

Recruitment is open from 11 September 2026. Successful applicants are hired for casual cleaner roles, and shifts are allocated as matching NDIS bookings and rosters become available. There is no promise of immediate work, guaranteed hours or a guaranteed commencement date.

Pay starts at A$33.85 per hour for the advertised work, plus superannuation in accordance with law. The employing entity, applicable industrial instrument, classification and rate will be confirmed in writing before commencement. Any higher minimum rate, penalty rate, overtime, minimum payment, paid required client-to-client travel time, or vehicle or other allowance required for the actual duties, roster and location will apply.

Caboolture service focus

Typical Caboolture duties include completing bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, surfaces and other routine domestic-cleaning tasks safely and respectfully.



Use the agreed household-cleaning checklist, follow participant-specific instructions, protect privacy and property, and report access, safety or quality issues through Smurfettes procedures.

Experience requirement

Applicants must show substantial skilled cleaning experience. In your CV, set out dates, duration, workplaces or settings and duties; simply describing yourself as experienced is not enough. NDIS household, domestic, commercial, hotel or disability-service cleaning may be relevant, but do not claim duties you have not performed.

Before applying To be considered, you must have Australian work rights, a valid driver licence where required for the roster, and a reliable registered and insured vehicle. You must be able to reach the advertised Caboolture service area within about 30 minutes at the actual rostered start time. NDIS Worker Screening status, or willingness and eligibility to obtain it, will be checked where assigned work requires it.

This is cleaning work and does not include personal care or support work unless separately agreed in writing.
