Smurfettes Cleaning Service is hiring two experienced local casual cleaners for NDIS participant-home cleaning in Jimboomba and the approved nearby catchment.

Recruitment is open from 11 September 2026. Successful applicants are hired for casual cleaner roles, and shifts are allocated when matching NDIS bookings and rosters become available. There is no promise of immediate work, guaranteed hours or a guaranteed commencement date.

Pay starts at A$33.85 per hour for the advertised work, plus superannuation in accordance with law. The employing entity, applicable industrial instrument, classification and rate will be confirmed in writing before commencement. Any higher minimum rate, penalty rate, overtime, minimum payment, paid required client-to-client travel time, or vehicle or other allowance required for the actual duties, roster and location will apply.

What you may do in Jimboomba

- Clean and maintain participant homes using the agreed household-cleaning checklist.
- Complete bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, surfaces and other routine domestic-cleaning tasks safely and respectfully.
- Follow participant-specific instructions, infection-control practices and Smurfettes quality procedures.
- Record completed work and raise access, safety or service issues through the required channel.





Experience standard Applicants must be able to show substantial professional cleaning experience. Please give explicit dates, duration, workplaces or settings and duties in your CV; unsupported statements that you are experienced are not enough. NDIS household-cleaning or comparable domestic, commercial, hotel or disability-service cleaning experience is useful, but do not claim duties you have not performed.

To be considered, you must have Australian work rights, a valid driver licence where required for the roster, and a reliable registered and insured vehicle. You must be able to reach the advertised Jimboomba service area within about 30 minutes at the actual rostered start time. NDIS Worker Screening status, or willingness and eligibility to obtain it, will be checked where the assigned work requires it.

This role is cleaning only and does not include personal care or support work unless separately agreed in writing.
