Smurfettes Cleaning Service is seeking two substantially experienced local casual cleaners to support NDIS participant homes around Leppington, NSW, within the approved nearby catchment.
Hiring is open from 11 September 2026. Successful applicants are engaged casually and offered matching shifts when future NDIS bookings and rosters are available; immediate work, guaranteed hours and a guaranteed commencement date are not promised. The rate starts at A$33.85 per hour for the advertised work, plus superannuation in accordance with law.
The employing entity, relevant instrument, classification and final rate will be confirmed in writing before commencement, and any higher legal or agreement entitlement will apply. Leppington service focus The Leppington roster will involve careful household-cleaning routines such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and high-touch surfaces. Work from the participant instructions and approved checklist,
leave each area to the required standard, keep service notes and raise access or safety concerns promptly.
Experience requirement A substantial, evidenced skilled-cleaning history is required. Please include the periods worked, the settings and the cleaning duties you personally carried out. Comparable domestic, commercial, hotel or disability-service experience can be relevant; unsupported experience claims will not meet the standard.
Before applying The role requires Australian work rights, a valid driver licence where the roster needs one, and a reliable registered and insured vehicle. Plan to reach the Leppington service area within about 30 minutes of the actual rostered start. NDIS Worker Screening will be checked where the assigned work requires it, including status or willingness and eligibility to obtain it. No personal care or support duties are included unless agreed separately in writing.
