Key Responsibilities

- Act as the F5 SME for enterprise infrastructure and provide L3 technical support.
- Design, implement, configure and maintain F5 application delivery and security services.
- Manage F5 upgrades, patches, migrations and technology refresh initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex load balancing and application delivery issues and perform RCA.
- Support HA, DR, capacity planning and platform performance optimisation.
- Lead F5 implementation, migration and application onboarding activities.
- Participate in solution design, architecture reviews and technical governance.
- Support F5 security capabilities including Advanced WAF/ASM, SSL/TLS and traffic inspection.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and implementation procedures.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous platform improvement.

Preferred

- Experience in Telecommunications or large enterprise environments.
- AWS / Azure networking exposure.
- Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point or Cisco.
- Automation / Infrastructure as Code / CI-CD.
- Zero Trust architecture knowledge.
- F5, CCNP or CISSP certifications.
