WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Own the customer journey from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery

· Build rapport, understand customer needs and confidently recommend the right Toyota

· Manage leads, follow-up activity and appointments with discipline

· Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives





· Negotiate and close sales while delivering a transparent, professional experience

· Maintain accurate CRM records, product knowledge and sales documentation

· Contribute to team targets and help create customers for life

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

· Previous automotive sales experience, ideally in new vehicles

· A current Queensland Motor Salesperson license

· A strong track record of customer service, follow-up and sales performance

· A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Clear, confident communication and strong attention to detail

· A team-first mindset with high personal standards

· An open manual driver license

· Toyota experience is highly regarded, but not essential if you are ready to learn the Toyota way
