· Maintain accurate contract registers, correspondence, records, reporting packs and commercial documentation.

· Monitor project cost performance, accruals, forecasts, commitments and budget movements.

· Identify commercial risks and opportunities, escalate issues early and support practical resolution strategies.

· Provide commercial advice to project managers, site teams and senior leadership.

· Support monthly reporting, cash flow forecasting, final accounts and project close-out activities.

· Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.

· For Contracts Manager roles, lead, mentor and develop contracts and commercial team members.

About You

· Demonstrated experience in contract administration, commercial management or quantity surveying on civil, infrastructure, resources, utilities or transport projects. · Solid working knowledge of Australian construction contracts, subcontract management and claims processes; experience with AS 4000, AS 2124,

GC21, NEC or alliance contracts will be highly regarded.

· Ability to manage competing deadlines across procurement, claims, reporting and project delivery requirements.

· Commercially confident, detail-focused and comfortable interpreting contract terms, scopes, drawings and specifications.

· Solid communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

· Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, Commerce or a related discipline are desirable but not essential where equivalent experience is demonstrated.

· Current Australian work rights and a valid driver’s licence are preferred; regional travel or FIFO availability may be required for some projects.

What’s On Offer

· Exposure to significant civil and infrastructure projects across Western Australia. · Competitive remuneration aligned to experience, project complexity and working arrangement.

· Opportunities with established contractors, project delivery teams and growing commercial functions.

· Career progression into senior commercial, project management or leadership pathways.
