The Adelaide Rockford, a 4 Star Hotel located in the vibrant west end of Hindley Street requires an experienced individual to join our front office team.

We seek a people person who projects a vibrant personality, both friendly and confident who can deliver customer service at an optimum level.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Complete the reconciliation of the day's trading for the hotel
- The preparation of daily reports and balancing of all credit cards and room charges
- Checking and balancing the day’s takings from the hotels outlets
- Front Office duties such as checking in late arrivals, or settling accounts of early departures & morning check outs
- You will also be available to attend to guest needs and requests during your shift, including such duties as porter, reception, switchboard, reservations, preparing and delivering of room service meal, car parking and security.
- Attendant to guest requests efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Ability to fluently communicate in English,



both verbally and through written communication.
- Ability to use the full Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn the hotel's PMS (Operating System) accurately. You will receive detailed training for this.
