We're seeking a highly capable and versatile Office Admin (with Basic Graphic Experience) to become a key member of our friendly, professional team.

This role requires adaptability across essential administrative duties, excellent client service, and the preparation of artwork for production using graphic design software like Adobe Suite or CorelDRAW.

Core Responsibilities

- Manage client communications (phone/email) and provide excellent service.
- Handle order processing, job tracking, and maintain organised records.
- Create and refine artwork proofs using graphic design software (Adobe Suite/CorelDRAW) and templates.
- Prepare final, approved artwork files accurately for embroidery/print production.
- Support daily office administration tasks efficiently and proactively.

About You:
- Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication (written/verbal) and customer service focus.
- Proficiency or familiarity with office, graphic design software (Adobe Suite - Illustrator/Photoshop, and/or CorelDRAW).




- Fast and accurate keyboard skills; logical problem-solver.
- Positive, reliable, hard-working attitude with an eagerness to learn and adapt.

Experience:

Relevant administration and/or graphic experience (including use of Adobe Suite or CorelDRAW) is valued, but not essential. As an 'All-Rounder', strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, a outstanding attitude, and willingness to learn are paramount. Training on our specific processes will be provided.

Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
