Key Responsibilities
- Follow up quotes and convert warm inquiries
- Schedule jobs, manage workflow, and prepare invoices
- Assist with light component prep, cleaning, and final finishing
- Perform quality checks and maintain high presentation standards
About You
- You notice details others miss
- You follow up, ask questions, and look for the information needed to do the job right
- Strong admin, coordination,
or sales support experience
- Practical mindset — comfortable in both office and workshop
- Bonus: Marine, boat detailing, auto detailing, or vessel maintenance experience
