The Workspace Roadmap: From Home Office to HQ

We are growing fast,



and our workspace setup will evolve alongside your journey with us:

1. The Starting Point (Byford): We don’t have a commercial office just yet. During initial training, you’ll work directly alongside Mike in his home office setup in Byford. (Mike lives here with his young family, so it's a safe, comfortable, and professional environment - ask yourself honestly: will this setup work for you?)

2. The Hybrid Transition: Once you’re trained and confident, you’ll shift to a flexible split schedule - partly in the Byford home office, partly from your own home.

3. 100% Remote: As you master the role and achieve full autonomy, you'll transition to working fully from home.

4. The 12-Month HQ Goal: Within a year, we plan to secure a commercial office space South of the River. At that point, you and Mike will move in together to run operations from our official new HQ.

What You’ll Be Doing

You are the central hub of our daily operations. You own the schedule, keep the team moving, and make sure our clients feel taken care of.

- Take Full Ownership of the Schedule: You’ll run our roster in ZenMaid. You decide who goes where, optimize travel routes, book new recurring clients, and handle reschedules without needing Mike to hold your hand.

- Client & Cleaner Communication: You’re comfortable picking up the phone, answering texts, sending emails, and resolving small hiccups with a calm, friendly tone.

- Tech & AI Daily Use: We leverage modern tools to work smarter, not harder. You’ll use ClickUp, Trainual, Google Workspace, and modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to streamline daily tasks and build faster workflows.

- Stock & Supplies: Keep tabs on inventory, fill stock orders,



and shop for supplies online or locally.

- Zero Bookkeeping: No invoicing, no chasing payments, no accounts stress. We have a dedicated bookkeeper who handles all of that.

Hours & The After-Hours Reality

- Core Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 4:00pm & Friday 8:30am to 3pm (includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break).

- The Reality of the Role: Real life happens. Occasionally, after-hours dramas crop up; a cleaner calls in sick at night, or a client cancels tomorrow's clean at the last minute. When these pop up, you’ll step in to solve the puzzle so our cleaners aren’t driving blindly the next morning.

- Total Time Commitment: Because of these occasional after-hours adjustments or hiccups, your actual work week will average 40 to 45 hours per week. In exchange? You get full trust, complete autonomy, and zero micro-management during your day.

Compensation & Growth

- Starting Salary: $80,000 Gross base salary + superannuation.

- Guaranteed Wage Growth: You can look forward to a 2.5% annual wage increase every single year, ensuring your pay grows right alongside your loyalty and experience.
