As our student community continues to grow, we are expanding our teaching team across Australia throughout the year.
Who We Are
We're an online tutoring provider specialising in personalised, one-on-one lessons, backed by a network of more than 300 registered teachers. Our programs cover senior secondary exam preparation (HSC, VCE, WACE, QCE and SACE), English reading and writing, Maths, Science, and preparation for Scholarship and Selective School entry exams for students in Years 1 to 10.
The Role: Online English Tutors - Years 5–12
We're growing our team and welcoming enthusiastic, experienced educators to teach English at any year level, from early primary through to Year 12, including:
- HSC English (Standard / Advanced / Extension 1 / Extension 2)
- VCE English / EAL / Literature / Language
- QCE English / EAL
- SACE English / EAL
- WACE English / EALD
- Primary and junior secondary English, reading, writing and literature (Years 1–10)
Whether your strength is upper-primary English, junior secondary English, or senior exam preparation, we'd love to hear from you. Tutors comfortable teaching across multiple year levels and English subjects are especially welcome.
Our students include Australian-born students, both native English speakers and EAL learners, as well as international students from China.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging one-on-one online lessons tailored to each student's learning needs
- Help students improve their English skills, confidence and academic performance
- Support students with course content, homework, assignments and exam preparation
- Help students develop reading, writing, comprehension, essay-writing and analytical skills
- Prepare senior students for school assessments and final examinations
- Follow individualised lesson plans built around each student's needs
- Track and report on student progress
- Provide motivation, encouragement and academic guidance
What We're Looking For
- A teaching qualification, relevant teaching or tutoring experience, or current enrolment in a teaching degree is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with a senior secondary English curriculum (HSC, VCE, QCE, WACE or SACE)
- Solid grounding in English and literature
- A reliable, consistent weekly schedule and a professional approach to teaching
- Secure internet connection and confidence using online teaching technology

How We Support You
We take care of matching you with the right students and handling the admin, so your energy stays on teaching.
- Tailored learning materials and individual Student Learning Plans are provided for each student
- Our Teaching Assistants manage lesson scheduling and communicate with parents on your behalf
- Homework marking support is available from our Teaching Assistants, using the provided answer keys
- Our Learning Coordinator keeps parents informed about each student's progress and ongoing study plan
- You can focus on teaching while we support the administrative side of the tutoring process
