Operations Support Analyst – Ticketing / Work Management Platform Experience

12-month daily-rate contract | Hybrid – 4 days in the office

We are working with a well-known Australian organisation looking for an experienced Operations Support Analyst to support a critical work management platform across core teams.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will manage a high-volume support queue, resolve platform and process issues and become a trusted point of contact for users across the business.

You will work closely with both business and technology teams to keep requests moving, identify recurring issues and improve the way teams work together.

Responsbilties

- Managing and prioritising a high-volume support queue
- Investigating user, process and platform issues
- Keeping stakeholders informed and driving requests through to resolution
- Working with technical teams to coordinate fixes, enhancements and system changes
- Analysing support data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Supporting testing and validation of new functionality
- Creating user guides, knowledge articles and support documentation
- Providing practical guidance and coaching to users

Experience





- Experience in application support, systems support, business systems or operational support
- Robust experience managing incidents, service requests or ticket queues
- Exposure to a ticketing, workflow or work management platforms
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to distinguish between user, process and system issues
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
