Operating since 2009, Australian Window Solutions are Adelaide's largest and market leading supplier of energy efficient double glazed windows and doors. Servicing the residential, trade and new build markets, due to record breaking order books, we are now seeking an experienced person to oversee our manufacturing and installations scheduling for our market leading uPVC double glazed window and door factory based in Seaford.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated employee to join a company manufacturing the fastest growing building industry product in Australia.

You will be the key link between our customers and our manufacturing and installation departments, therefore, exceptional customer service skills combined with meticulous planning and superior administration and organisation skills are essential for this role.

What do we need you to do?

- Be responsible for customer service and scheduling of orders
- Be the support person for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure order scheduling meets capacity planning
- Keep our customers updated throughout the order process
- Liaise with our production and installation departments




- Exceed customer expectations with superior communication
- Back up our accounts department with customer invoicing (full training provided)
- Support your Team members with various administration tasks

What skillset do we need from you?

- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the home improvement industry
- Strength in organisation and administration skills
- Computer and data entry skills combined with robust experience of Office 365 products
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to think quickly and solve problems
