Job Description

NRMA in Australia is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for roadside assistance calls. You'll help members feel secure, supported, and back on the road quickly, delivering empathetic, accurate guidance.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a 3-week rotating roster from 5am to midnight, 35 hours/week, with work from Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford and occasional home-based days. Start date is 24 August 2026; no relocation required.
