Job Description

Working alongside Case Managers and the wider team, you will:

- Provide practical, person-centred and trauma-informed support.
- Build positive relationships that encourage independence and self-determination.
- Respond to immediate needs and elevate risks appropriately.
- Support day-to-day operations including transport, cleaning, gardening and administration.
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute to case reviews and team meetings.
- Work collaboratively to identify service improvements and achieve better outcomes for participants.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for everyone.

About the Candidate

- Experienced in community services, homelessness or a related field - or brings equivalent skills and experience.
- Confident working with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
- Able to apply strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally inclusive approaches.
- A strong communicator who works well as part of a team.
