Pearson Carter is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth as a recent contractor entering the Northern Territory market. The role is hands-on, field-based, and focused on building a customer base from scratch in civil works, earthworks and wet-hire equipment.
You will travel extensively to meet clients, develop relationships with major contractors and regional councils, and secure ongoing work across wet-hire, civil works and project overflow.
