About Our Client

- Provide high-level paralegal support to 11 lawyers in property (commercial and residential) and litigation matters.

- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and court filings.

- Conduct legal research and compile findings for ongoing cases.

- Support file progression with a solid focus on billable work and revenue generation

- Coordinate with clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

- Manage calendars, deadlines, and schedules for legal proceedings and meetings.

- Contribute to the preparation of court documents, briefs, and correspondence.

The Successful Applicant

- Proven experience as a Paralegal within a law firm environment

- Background in property (residential or commercial) law and litigation law (mid-sized firm experience highly regarded)

- Strong understanding of legal processes and commercial drivers in a legal practice

- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

- Strong business acumen with an appreciation for billing targets and financial performance

- Experience using a practice management system (e.g. Actionstep) is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
