Part-time role based in Bathurst, working Mondays to Wednesdays, providing coverage across the Bathurst, Blayney and Orange offices. The Parent Pathways program is committed to helping parents and carers by offering essential guidance and resources to support them throughout their parenting and career journey. As a Mentor, you will play a vital role in empowering parents, promoting their growth, and connecting them with key resources

About you:

- Enjoy working with people and can build rapport to develop and maintain relationships
- Have an open mind and can deliver on participants’ requests with professionalism and empathy
- Possess administration and computer skills
- Highly developed communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- You must hold, be enrolled in,



or be willing to enrol in a Certificate lll or IV qualification in Community Services or Employment Services
